+<h1 class="firstHeading">Firmware Updates for BLU processors</h1>
+<p class="hcp1">The various BLU series interfaces can have 
+ their firmware operating systems upgraded (as and when updates for either 
+ new features or bug fixes are released). Built into London Architect is 
+ a <span class="hcp2">firmware loader</span> program that 
+ enables the hardware to be upgraded directly.</p>
+<p class="hcp1">The <span class="hcp2">Load Firmware</span> 
+ option is found in the toolbar of the <span class="hcp2">Network</span> 
+ window. Pressing this button opens a dialogue that lists compatible devices 
+ found on the network. If no devices are connected then this list is empty, 
+ connect your Soundweb system and go online to the network first.</p>
