Adjustments to audio settings such as level, phase,
compressor threshold, EQ, mutes etc. are made from virtual
'control panels' running within the Architect
software. The Control Panels can be likened to the plug-ins
often found in other audio applications and behave in
a very similar way. The settings (if available) of any
audio processing object are initially adjusted using its
'default' control panel. Some of these are modelled on
classic BSS Audio hardware such as the VariCurve EQ and
OmniDrive loudspeaker crossovers.

External GPI hardware faders, ports, switches and buttons
can also be assigned to adjust the controls on these panels
via the logic Control Ports on the back of the BLU series
processors. To open the default control panel of an audio
processing object double-click on the object<63>s icon in
the Configuration
Window. The default panels can be broken apart and
the individual controls taken to be used in your own 'custom<6F>
control panels.

section on how to move around Control Panels.
